Ordering a piece of Rachel Brown Jewellery is simple, just choose the options given for each piece of jewellery. If you wish to commission something special in ether design or pattern just contact me via my contacts page and I will get in touch. The dispatch times shown are approximate, if a piece is in stock then I can post out to you within a few days. There might be slight delays because of hallmarking, I will contact you if this is the case. Orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours of placing the original order.

Each piece of jewellery will come packaged in a recycled black or natural card box with a ribbon and postcard. UK shipments are charged at a rate of £6.50 per parcel and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is an insured, trackable and next day delivery service. Items will need to be signed for. If you are returning an item then you must also send via special delivery.
International shipments are charged at a rate of £10 per parcel and sent by Royal Mail International. These are also tracked and must be signed for. International customers are responsible for any local important tax and import duty. You will be sent an email prior to posting to check that you are aware of this and are happy to proceed with the order.
The prices shown for each piece of jewellery do not include postage, this will be added at the payment stage.
Payment can be made via PayPal or credit card through Wix payments.
Refunds, returns and exchanges are dealt with on an individual case by case basis. Please contact me directly to discuss this further.
Any returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your items. Please return items using the Special Delivery service that will cover the cost of the item/s. Postage is not refundable. Refunds will be made up to 14 days after receipt of items.
For repair costs to a piece that has been damaged etc please contact me for a repair quote.
Caring for your jewellery
Enamel is powdered glass and therefore care must be taken when wearing and storing your jewellery. Do not knock against hard surfaces/drop and keep your pieces in a box when not being worn.
Brass naturally patinas overtime but if you store your piece in the box provided it will delay this process. if you do need to clean your brass jewellery then gentle washing with washing up liquid, warm water and a soft brush will brighten it up. Dry immediately to avoid waterspots. If your brass jewellery has a matt finish rubbing gently with fine wire wool or Scotchbrite will restore this. Sealing the surface with a finishing wax such as Renaissance Wax will also help to maintain the finish.
